Services

Within 14 days of the service, if you’re not entirely happy with your new hair or service, let us know. We’d like an opportunity for the original stylist to try to resolve your issue. If you’re still dissatisfied, we’ll have one of our other stylists step in and help. However, if you are still unhappy, we’ll provide a full refund for the service.

Products

If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, bring it back to XOX Hair Studio within 14 days of purchase for exchange or refund. We want to ensure the products work best for you, so feel free to call the salon to speak to our stylists about any questions you may have.
